To book your appointments online

It is a simple 3 step process to place a booking:

Choose the appointment that you would like to book
Choose the Date and Time
Enter your Name, Email, Mobile Number and Clinic Reference Number (if any)

To book your appointments online, kindly click on the relevant link. Please note that online bookings have to be made 48 hours or more before your preferred date. Please call the clinic directly if you need to make an urgent booking or if you are unable to find a preferred date and time to see what we can do for you.

Annual Women’s Wellness Health Check is your annual appointment for your breast check, PAP smear and pelvic ultrasound scan.

Gynaecology Review

Gynaecology Review is a follow up appointment from your previous visit.

First Consultation

Pregnancy Appointment at less than 12 weeks

During this visit, Dr. Lai will discuss and check on the following:

Routine Check: Weight and Blood Pressure
Pregnancy Dating Scan
Discuss any other questions you may have, if any.

Pregnancy Appointment between 12 – 13 weeks

During this visit, Dr. Lai will discuss and check on the following:

Routine Check: Weight, Blood Pressure & Urine Screen for sugar and protein
Nuchal Translucency Scan
Antenatal Blood Test
Urine Tests
Discuss any other questions you may have, if any.

Pregnancy Appointment between 14 – 18 weeks

During this visit, Dr. Lai will discuss and check on the following:

Routine Check: Weight, Blood Pressure & Urine Screen for sugar and protein
Screening Scan
Discuss your choice of hospital for your birth
Discuss any other questions you may have, if any.

Pregnancy Appointment between 19 – 23 weeks

During this visit, Dr. Lai will discuss and check on the following:

Routine Check: Weight, Blood Pressure & Urine Screen for sugar and protein
Anomaly Scan and discussion on the limitations
Discuss any other questions you may have, if any.

Pregnancy Appointment between 24 – 27 weeks

Ultrasound Scan
Birth Plan discussion on the Oral Glucose Tolerance test (OGTT) to take place at the next visit, stages of labor and pain-relief options

Postnatal Appointment at 1 week

During your one week follow up appointment after giving birth, Dr. Lai would check on your physical recovery from pregnancy and delivery for proper healing; Discussion on sexuality and contraceptives; Nutrition and Exercise and address your needs and concerns going forward.

Postnatal Appointment at 6 weeks

During your postnatal appointment about 6 weeks after you have given birth, Dr Lai wants to check on your physical recovery from pregnancy and delivery for proper healing; have a PAP smear; assess your emotional wellness, nutrition and exercise; and address your needs and concerns going forward. Please inform the clinic staff if you are planning to have the IUCD inserted.
